Head of Sales & Marketing
- The position demands a strongly operating Sales & Marketing Department for maximizing sales of ULTIMA RO Water Purifier & other ULTIMA products. Head of The sales and marketing is responsible for leading their team of professionals who are involved in the sales and marketing activities of the company. They track market developments, create strategies, set up sales plans, and maintain customer relations.
- One should possess sound knowledge of channel sales & marketing activities to achieve sales targets. He should be competent to understand the company vision & mission statements and align strategies of corporate clients, distributors & dealer sales to achieve the company`s vision.
- Define and implement marketing strategy to drive sales and customer communication through all channels.
- Drive the corporate sales strategy achievement of revenue target and increasing brand value in the market.
- Establish sales objectives and targets by developing a sales plan and be responsible for overall sales operations for the assigned zone.
- Builds a strong resilient sales and marketing function
- Develop and update SOPs for the Sales & Marketing employees with the guidance of the management.
- Managing several sales & marketing teams, educating them with presentations of strategies at regular meetings. Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Handling direct dealers/franchises and looking after their sales track record in the assigned territory.
- Build relationships with the dealers/franchises and sales teams to ensure appropriate business goals are achieved at the store's level (e.g. supply, demand, forecast, etc.)
- Monitoring and authorizing the acquisition of new dealers/franchises and expanding networks as per plan in the assigned area.
- Planning and arranging awareness seminars/exhibitions in various institutions and assisting the corresponding team to get the maximum output.
- Preparing & assigning annual, semiannual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly projections for targets for himself & his teams & evaluating the achievements
- Maintaining Competitor updates in terms of Product/scheme/network expansion & accordingly plan for the month.
- Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions.
- Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Provides visible leadership for our brand values, culture and sustainability
- Manages sales channel and brand reputation risks
- Develop skills continuously for training, and leading team members, and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
- Work in the Sales & Marketing team as an active member and maintain individual visit to clients followed by ensured sales;
- To find out the performance gap of no achievers and guide them to achieve the target.
- Evaluate customer feedback to understand customer satisfaction and find out the points where customers are not satisfied and take the strong initiative to stop the repetition of the same error.
- To create a strong database and be able to handle it independently.
- To prepare a Monthly target vs. achievement report based on the collection of his team.
- Monitor progress and submit performance reports
- Analysis of discounts/ gifts on launching products or new items.
- Graduation in Any Specialization (preferably BBA) with an MBA from Reputed University.

- Well conversant in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheet, Google map, etc.).
