  • As a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage and handle one of our inbound customer care projects for one of our Hungarian clients consisting of 50+ team members. You will be planning, overseeing, and leading the team as well as communicating with the client to ensure the success of the project.

Job Responsibilities

  • This will be 12 PM Noon to 9 PM 6 days a week job
  • Supervise and Manage an Inbound customer care project with 50+ team members for a Hungarian client
  • Ensure the team is working 100% efficiently and is reaching client-required SLA & QA rating
  • Ensure the team has 95% attendance as required by the client.
  • Communicate with clients and resolve all their needs
  • Keep track of work efficiency metrics for all team members to find out the best performers, as well as those who are lagging
  • Create and plan steps to ensure improvement of those employees who cannot reach client-required SLA & QA rating
  • Create and plan steps to ensure new recruits for the projects are brought up to speed to meet client-required SLA & QA ratings.
  • Resolve any employee-related issues of the project.

Educational Requirements

  • Master of Business Management (MBM),Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Masters in Business Administration or Masters in Business Management from any well-reputed university such as NSU, BRAC, or any other.
  • PMP certification will be highly preferred
  • Preferred Professional Certification: PMP Certification

Experience Requirements

  • At least 4 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Administrative Management, Project Management
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    IT Enabled Service, Call Center

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 35 years
